What is the Kinco online store return policy?
Kinco is committed to customer service and makes it easy for you to return or exchange an order bought on our site. Though we expect that you will love your gloves as much as we do, we understand if you would like to return or exchange an item.
Refunds and exchanges for a different style or size can be made within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). Please go here to initiate your refund or exchange.
Returns can be made on items brought from https://www.kinco.com/ within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid label on returns for refunds, unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Your return will be processed upon receipt of the items, and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges for a different, similar item can be made on items brought from https://www.kinco.com/ within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid label on exchanges, unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Your exchange will be processed upon receipt of the items. Exchanges are subject to availability.
What shipping methods do you provide?
During the holiday season, you may experience a shipping delay. We will do our best to make sure your order is shipped promptly!
We offer the following shipping options:
- Economy: $3.99, Free on orders over $75. Not available on orders over $200. (7-10 Business Days once shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
- Ground: $6.99, $4 on orders over $75, FREE on orders over $200. (No PO Boxes. 3-5 Business Days once shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
- UPS 2-Day Air: $14.99 (1-2 Business Days once shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
- UPS Next Day Air: $31.99 (Please allow 1-3 business days for processing.)
Refunds on Shipping: If we make a mistake and send you the wrong order or you receive damaged product, we will refund all shipping charges to your credit card.
APO/FPO: If your ship-to is a PO Box or APO/FPO, please select "USPS Military."

All orders are shipped from Kansas City, MO.
What are Kinco's online payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa as payment options when ordering on our website.
We are unable to process tax-exempt orders.
In addition to payment via credit card, our online store now accepts gift cards. During checkout, use your 12-digit gift code balance toward your order.
How do I track my order?
There are two ways to track your order:
- My Account: If you have a Kinco ID, access our My Account page to find the most up-to-date status of your order.
- Order Status: Using your Order ID, access our Track My Order page to find the most up-to-date status of your order.

Economy Shipping orders may ship both UPS and USPS. To get a tracking update from USPS, you can find the USPS Package Identification Code under the Shipping Details tab of your UPS tracking screen.
