Meet Our Ambassadors!
Meet our Ambassadors!
For 50 years, Kinco gloves have been shaped by the people who put them to the test every day. From ranches and farms to fishing boats and sled dog trails, our history was built with the hands of hardworking people who rely on our gloves to get the job done.We couldn’t have made it to this milestone without the Kinco Crew – a community of everyday glove wearers, like you, who have partnered with us to share their stories and provide us with valuable feedback that has helped shape the next generation of Kinco gloves. We’re deeply grateful for the work they do, the dedication they have shared, and the partnership we have enjoyed with them over the years.
We’re excited to highlight one of the first families we added to the crew here:
Tom and Mandy Frank ranch with their three young children in central Wyoming, where long days often mean everything from driving cattle and moving irrigation pipe to repairing tractors and handling necessary vet work. With so many tough, hands-on tasks, they’ve come to depend on Kinco classics like the 1927KW for everyday chores, while lighter styles like the 2014 help them get through warmer days in comfort.
As Mandy says, “Kinco gloves are tough and hold up to the rigorous daily use we put them through”—a testament to how our gear supports the demands of true working families.

The Hashem family— valued members of the Kinco Crew—also represent the spirit of dedication and resilience we’re honored to celebrate. As farmers and owners of Bella Organic Farm on Sauvie Island, Oregon, they manage over 100 acres of sustainably grown produce, including more than 70 varieties of berries, vegetables, pumpkins, herbs, and grapes. On a farm where no two days-and no two jobs-are the same, Kinco gloves are a daily essential.
“We have to use gloves for just about every task—planting, hand weeding with tools, t-posting, and putting in fencing to name a few,” says Sofia Hashem. Their hands-on commitment to the land, and to doing things the right way, reflects the heart of what the Kinco Crew is all about.
