You work and play hard in Kinco® product – there is normal wear over time but then there are defects in materials and workmanship. Kinco® stands behind all its product unconditionally for all defects in material and workmanship. We do our utmost best to craft quality products that will exceed your expectations. You should always receive the highest performing product from us and if you haven't, we want to make it right.
Kinco® will replace the exact product (style, size, and color) or credit your account. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will be of equal or greater value. Unfortunately, replacements under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a product with a custom logo, we are not able to screen print, emboss, or laser the artwork on your return/replaced product.
Warranty claims will only be approved by Kinco® if the product was purchased directly from this website or from an authorized dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of your product, as limited by or subject to applicable law. The limited warranty provided by Kinco® only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Kinco® products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:
- improper use or misuse of the product;
- damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or
- damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Non-authorized parties & counterfeits
We are aware of NON-AUTHORIZED parties selling COUNTERFEIT KINCO on Amazon and eBay. We are alerting our valued customers, retailers, and distributors that we are aware of this issue and actively working to resolve it.
Please note that KINCO will NOT honor our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee for any products sold on Amazon or eBay by Non-Authorized Retailers. We recommend that you use caution in buying products from Non-Authorized resellers as some of these products may cause unintended skin reactions and fail in use.
When purchasing from an authorized reseller rest assured you are buying authentic KINCO products with our full warranty. For more information on who is authorized, please contact customer service.
