Material and construction defects are covered by our Warranty.  In most cases, our products are made with natural materials and are sewn by hand, and so occasional defects are inevitable. In these cases of manufacturer defects, such as a hole in a seam:

We will contact you if we would like the gloves to be returned to us, otherwise we will issue a credit to your account.

Please note this warranty does not apply to damage caused by repairs that have been made or attempted by others.
